Gentech Update

  Gentechs have been adjusted defensively.  Additional changes include 
  updates to remove caps for offense and healing characteristics.  Stats do 
  matter a bit more now, as does your guild ascension.  Please tip toe around 
  mobs you are used to not worrying about until you are confortable with your 
  setup.
