Binding across alts

  Equipment is useful stuff, especially the pieces powerful enough to warrant 
  restrictions on how many of them can be around and freely shared.  Of the 
  restrictions, binding the most beloved, because you don't *have* to run the 
  item straight at boot.  But one thing people didn't like as much about 
  binding is that a few people would grab multiple copies of an item for 
  theoretical use on alts. 
 
  Well, fret no more, for those days are past.  Now binding works freely 
  across alts.  If you bind an item on one character, you can use it on 
  another.  Enjoy!
