Loyalty Perks

  A thread on COT got us thinking... while a few VAF perks like numbers, 
  ldlogin, and the ktrigs get purchased all the time, quite a few others 
  don't despite being nice-to-haves.  Nothing makes us happier than seeing 
  players log in and play regularly.  Why not reward those players with those 
  lonely perks? 
 
  Introducing Loyalty Perks:
 
  Going forward, players can choose from our Loyalty Perks at set age levels 
  ranging from 10 to 365 days as a reward for their character's longevity.  
  This is a cool way to customize your character even if you can't afford to 
  VAF.  You dig free stuff and we dig your obsession with 3S! 
 
  Check out 'help loyalty perks' and head by the Loyalty Perks Registry, 
  upstairs from the Foundation Emporium, to choose your perks!
