Rainbow Tower

  Startled from their beds in the middle of the night the good
  citizens of Wayhaven took to the streets and looked northward.
  Multicolored flashes of light accompanied by crashes of
  thunder shook the doors and windows of the city.  After what
  seemed like an eternity the lights and sounds subsided
  leaving the people wondering what happened not far outside
  the gates.
 
  Adventurers level 55 and up are encouraged to find out what
  took place.
