Gswap + Organize (stats)

  I was asked recently if our Gswap and Organize works the same as it
  does on 3K. The answer is yes. For anyone unfamiliar with those rules
  but interested in this vaf perk, please see below.
 
  Once you've chosen your gswap AND joined your new guild, you have 7 days
  of unlimited stat organization (so that you can fully get a feel for how 
  the command works.)  After that 7 day grace period, you get five (5) 
  more chances to organize stats for that guild before you cannot change 
  them again, ever. Use them wisely.
