Qurgle, the new town smithy

  Several strange lights were reported hovering over the Foundation smithy 
  recently.  Upon further investigation, it was revealed that an alien 
  refugee from Science has overnight displaced the resident smithy and set up 
  shop in his former abode.  It is rumored the new smith, Qurgle, possesses a 
  remarkable talent for integrating an alien lifeform into its armours. 
 
  Seek out this new denizen of Foundation in the former smithy's residency.  
  Also give props to rumor for this idea (and I guess some love for me for 
  coding it)
