Red Alert, Red Alert!

  A few folks have voiced concern that my recent damage testing might
  be preceding guild downgrades. Rest assured, that's not the case.
  I have to consider a lot of factors when deciding on new guild
  power proposals and this is just one more set of data that I'm
  adding to my toolbox.
