2011 East Coast OMP Vouchers

  Remember, for 2011 we're doing things a little different with the
  OMP vouchers, so come Saturday, the second of two awesome in-game
  vouchers for 2011 will become available.
 
  So how do you get one?  When can you get one?  What's the fine print?
  Here are some bullet points that will hopefully answer your questions.
   
  * One 2011 voucher costs $100 and consists of all the benefits (and
    amount thereof) listed in 'help ompvoucher'
  * Existing VAF credits cannot be used to purchase a voucher, nor are
    VAF credits earned - the voucher is its own thing
  * You can purchase the voucher the day of the 2011 East Coast OMP
    THIS SATURDAY (8/6/11) from Midnight to Midnight at http://www.3k.org
  * You can purchase this voucher even if you already got one from the
    West Coast OMP in April
  * If you purchase the voucher physically at the OMP, it's half price
  * Voucher benefits are accessible and usable freely across all
    characters belonging to the player (human)
  * Single character effects (fullheal, nodeath, etc.) only apply
    to the character using the benefit 
  * Normal game rules apply to effects (i.e. no-teleport rules, etc.)
  * All 2011 voucher benefits expire on May 1st 2012, regardless of
    the date purchased
  * With regards to 3K/3S, all of the above applies independently
    to each mud, meaning a human could purchase two for 3K and two
    for 3S if they so chose
