Trade your strade stat boon with someone else

SYNTAX: strade <who>
This boon grants you +10 to one of your stats, at random. The
corresponding command 'strade' can be executed only ONCE and allows
you to trade your stat bonus with someone elses. This isn't always
a nice thing to do, but can be funny.
Also you can negotiate with others to trade if so desired.
Although you can trade only once, multiple people can trade
with you.
