You need no weapon to be dangerous, and you’re better off without armor weighing you down. Your whole practice runs on three things — study, stillness, and the fight itself — layered on top of each other rather than kept separate.
Nearly all your progress comes from landing blows with your own hands rather than borrowed steel. Let your focus or composure run out entirely, though, and that same bare-handed style turns clumsy — past a certain point you’re genuinely better off picking up a weapon than trusting your fists.
Dexterity carries most of your fighting ability, from how well you connect to how well you dodge, and Intelligence backs it up, sharpening both accuracy and the damage you land. Build around those two and your strength compounds quickly.
What you get
- Unarmed combat as your primary and most effective fighting style
- A build centered on Dexterity, with Intelligence as key support
- A fallback to weapon combat when your focus or composure runs low
- Freedom from most armor weight, offset by strict armor-type limits
Who it suits
Players who want a physical, stat-focused fighter without spellcasting, comfortable building around Dexterity and Intelligence rather than relying on weapons and heavy armor.
